Step 1 — Find the Signal
- →Job postings for SDR / AE / RevOps = growth mode, buying budget
- →Funding news (< 90 days) = fresh budget, pressure to prove ROI fast

- →New CRM or sales tool in their stack = clean slate, open to change

Step 2 — Write the Hook (1 sentence)
Formula: "Saw [specific signal] at [Company] — [1-word assumption about what that means]." → "Saw you just hired your first VP Sales at Acme — usually means the scrappy founder-led era is ending and process needs to catch up fast."
Step 3 — The Bridge
One sentence connecting their signal to a known pain. "Most companies at that stage find their existing GTM motion doesn't scale with a proper sales org."
Step 4 — The Credential
One line. Not a pitch. Pure positioning. "We build the GTM infrastructure that makes that transition smooth."
Step 5 — The Ask
Binary. One thing. NOT "let me know if interested." → "Worth a 20-minute call this week to share what we've seen work at your stage?"
